Update your CRM

Keep track of companies in your CRM by their KVK number. See what changed, without checking it yourself.

The problem

Data in a CRM goes out of date. A company moves, starts a webshop or starts hiring, and your CRM still shows the old picture.

Keeping up by hand works for a few companies, not for a few thousand.

How it works

  1. Store the KVK number for each company. It doesn't change when the company moves or gets a new website.
  2. Request the companies again at set times, for example once a month.
  3. Compare the response with what you stored. Only update the fields that have a value.
GET /v1/companies/00000003
{  "kvk_number": "00000003",  "name": "Voorbeeld Bakkerij B.V.",  "legal_form": "bv",  "active": true,  "address": {    "street": "Voorbeeldstraat",    "house_number": "3",    "postcode": "3511AA",    "city": "Utrecht",    "country": "NL",    "latitude": 52.0909,    "longitude": 5.1217  },  "website": "voorbeeldbakkerij.nl",  "websites": [    "voorbeeldbakkerij.nl"  ],  "webshop": true,  "webshop_platform": "Shopify",  "phone": "+31301234568",  "open_vacancies": 2,  "email_provider": null,  "known": {    "count": 33,    "total": 39  }}
Example with a fictional company.

Null overwrites nothing

A field that is null is one we don't know right now. Don't use it to overwrite a value you have yourself, for example from a conversation with the customer.

A false, a 0 or an empty list [] is an answer: a company without a webshop, without open vacancies or without trust marks.

What it costs

One call per company, each time you request it. A number we don't know costs nothing. See pricing.
